IPSoft Rockstars of the Month
I was nominated in the monthly RockStar event in the Halloween Party, and fortunately, I was selected as a winner, I been working in IPSoft for a few years and this is something that I wasn’t thinking about for two reasons.
- RND people don’t usually get nominated even though they’re a lot of good and hard-working people.
- I learned from previous experiences to not let something external that I’m not in control to not affect my inspiration and my performance.
But actually, I won’t gonna lie it feels really good when you get recognized, but because of all the hard work that I do every day to create and build new things, achieving each challenge and always reinventing, enhancing and learning I congratulate myself and I enjoy, this is my passion, I love what I do, I love to see people using something that I build and that’s my real satisfaction.
In his final days, Victor was taking the Amelia V4 to the next level while simultaneously leading a team of front-end developers in New York.
